Alimar Global recently completed an office remodel for a Central Florida business that had outgrown its original layout. The space had a cramped reception area, an inefficient row of enclosed offices, and no dedicated room for client meetings. Our team began with a detailed site assessment to understand daily workflow before proposing a revised layout.
The redesign opened up the floor plan around a row of flexible workstations, added a glass-walled conference room for client meetings, and rebuilt the reception area with a custom desk and a backlit accent wall that reflects the client's brand. New commercial-grade flooring and layered LED lighting were installed throughout.
Because the business needed to stay open, we phased demolition and construction around business hours and completed the noisiest work over two weekends.
